Foster’s Services was crowned Master Electrician of the Year (National and Western Australia) for our agile and adaptable approach when working with frontline services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hiring and training apprentices and participating in Apprenticeship Support Australia.

Contributing to the Australian Standards Committees, including feedback and revisions to the Digital Hospitals handbook and the Medical Electrical standards AS/NZS3003.

Our Story & Founder
Foster's Services was founded by Alex Foster after spending his career in electrical engineering and contracting in the healthcare and commercial sectors. After gaining 15 years of industry experience, Alex set out to build a multi-discipline electrical and communications contracting business with a focus on safety and quality.
Foster's Services has built a stellar reputation in the commercial/healthcare electrical space and is trusted as the electricians of choice for many large scale projects across Western Australia.
Our team is made up of over 30 highly trained electricians, engineers, apprentices, project managers, and support staff. Alex Foster is an active member of the electrical industry as Vice President of the Institute of Healthcare Engineers, Board Member of Master Electricians Australia and industry representative for several Australian Standards Committees.
Giving back to his community is important to Alex whether it be through the training of apprentices, industry lobbying, or leading the charge at a local community fundraising event.
